15-day Return Policy on All Purchases

Our beautiful hand-crafted accessories should exceed your expectations. However, if you are not
completely satisfied, we are pleased to offer a fifteen (15) day return policy on all purchases.

To return or exchange an item, simply:

• Call KPP customer service at 888.295.7888 to obtain a return authorization number.
• Complete the return form provided with the original packing materials.
• Secure your item and all of the original packing materials, including the return form, packing slip,
  if appropriate, in a plainly wrapped cardboard box.
• Send the package by registered US mail, as this is the safest way to ship high-value items.
  For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges.
  You may request return receipt service to confirm your package is received.
  KPP is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.
• Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package in the return area.
